The 0.2 clearance not enough for PETG to break the support. In the end 2 out of the 3 hinges broken. Managed to fix it by making own 2 C shape clip on top as hinge.
I think clearance need 0.3-0.4mm

So far so good.

Only if you are looking for improvement as it is good enough. 
The cover like shown in my picture having a long latch will help secure the cover better.
Apart of it, the cable does fell short when you adjust the camera, it might detach the connector. Perhaps a stopper at the cap at the rear of the camera to prevent  the connector detected might help.
