This is DBP - The DryBoxProject

There are a lot nice Projects to store your Spools in Boxes with the option to print out of the box. I dont need this, i want a nice and simple way to store my Spools dry. Thats why i created my own system.

Nice design, could have rounded some edges off but other than that, solid print.

Works like a charm with a Really Useful Box Christmas Tree 77 litre box which cost me £26 from George (Asda) online.

Fits the Ikea 365 10,6L box very nicely. Rolls sitting on hit like a glove. Be aware some brands got very thick spools like Amazon Basic, for those one side will hang over the edge but it still fits 2 of them. The IKEA box is conic, so there's enough room but not at the flat bottom where the spool holder sits. There's also still enough room around for some silica gel or smaller rolls for filament leftovers.

Strength Issue:Print went OK but the clips on the lid immediately broke of. also the Lid is stuck in the open position.

this setup is slick. found the perfect box at target to accommodate 6 spools or 3 of these racks. humidity is steady at 8%. very well thought out design

No, they're not deep enough for this design. I did a test print last night.

Great fit with the slots. I am going to post pictures once i get the dessicant boxex printed.
