This OpenSCAD script allows you to generate a wide variety of parametric mounting brackets with fully customizable geometry and configurations. Whether you need Angle, Corner, Flat, T-, L- or Y-brackets, this script lets you design brackets tailored to your specific needs. Perfect for prototyping, assembly projects, and DIY construction.

🚀 Quick Start

1. Select Bracket Type

Choose the bracket type that suits your project needs:

  • Angle Bracket: Adjustable angle for corner or structural supports.
  • Flat Bracket: Connects flat surfaces.
  • T-Bracket: Joins surfaces perpendicularly for T-shaped connections.

2. Customize Your Bracket

Tailor your bracket with these options:

  • Dimensions: Adjust Thickness, Width, Length, and Interior Angle.
  • Edges & Corners: Add Rounding for smooth edges or Fillet Radius for stronger joints.
  • Screw Holes: Define flexible Hole Grid patterns with adjustable rows, columns, and staggered layouts for each bracket arm. Customize spacing, offset, and screw types (ISO/UTS). Optionally set Counterbore and Threading for a perfect fit.
  • Support Structures: Reinforce Angle Brackets with Flanges, adjustable for Taper and Thickness.

3. Render and Export

After customization, optionally adjust settings in the Render section:

  • FDM Optimization – Adjusts orientation and adds teardrop shapes for cleaner screw holes in 3D printing (if needed).
  • Mirror Model – Easily create mirrored versions for symmetrical installations.

Once ready, export your model for slicing and printing. Your bracket is then ready for installation!
