Endless 3D-Printed Calendar - Day & Weekday Display

Update 09.01.2025 - Added Some Languages

Description:

Introducing the Rotating Endless Calendar - a 3D-printable marvel that combines both form and function in a timeless design. Say goodbye to flipping through pages of traditional calendars, for this innovative creation allows you to effortlessly keep track of the day and weekday with a simple twist.

Here is an image illustrating the assembly process. The Holder, which is the final component, serves not only as a stand but also secures everything in position. Two of these are required. The design is sleek and does not require screws. Additionally, you will need a 1.75mm filament piece that is 20-25mm long.

Is there a way to add the number 31?

The number of cards (with the numbers) must be odd, which it is with 15 (1-30). If I wanted to add 31, I would need to add 2 more cards that are then empty to end up with 17 (an odd number). I would find that somewhat suboptimal, so maybe just rotate the right side 1/4 for 31 ;-)

So what do you do when it is January 31? That seems more suboptimal than having a blank

Unfortunately, this problem is inherent in this type of model. A solution would be to rotate the day by only 90 degrees, or to hang an 'Out of Service' sign over it. I am an advocate of simply taking a vacation on these days as a solution.

nice model and works amazing. It would be helpful to have instructions on how to insert the numbers. The calendar is now in my kitchen - love it

I really liked your calendar. Could you post one blank day of the week card so that I can write the days of the week in my native language. This is for my wife. Thank you.

Hello, I have uploaded a picture that is supposed to show the assembly. You are welcome to give me feedback on whether this is understandable. I am still working on the assembly video, but unfortunately, it is taking a bit longer.

Printed on the A1 Mini BUT with a lot of work in Bambu Studio to rearrange the tiles to fit within the 180 mm plate. Calendar works well - a little stiff at first but moving the parts around loosens it up. Puzzling together the days is quite fun as well. Great work, and the two colors look great.
