Wow, you can 3D print a brush! Yes it is pretty stiff in PLA, but it does work. Easy print. Not so easy to cut the bristles, it's a little hard and wants to slide forward in the scissors rather than cut. Works well though.

The hair part is very hard to print. Used another design where the print turned out better.

Thanks for your reply.The difference between the two files is one is single color and the other is two-color. The design has not changed. It failed because the bed is not sticky.
