Summary

This is my custom 3D printer torture test.
Retraction Test
Bridging Test
Cooling Test
Flow Test

Dimensional Accuracy Test:
Use Calipers to measure the cube, dimensions should be 20 x 20
Holes should fit filament through, as the holes are 1.8 mm in diameter

Surfacing Test
Belt Tension Test
Line Width Test

First Layer - The bottom right has three different layers. Use a calipers to measure the three heights 0.6, 0.4, and 0.2. Take the proposed and the actual height to help you calibrate your Z height.

Overhang Test

The entire model is 100 mm by 50 mm

Overall quality looks pretty good. It looks like the only thing that may need to be tweaked is your cooling.

Try to adjust the maximum temperature of the nozzle. This may affect printer To be like this sometimes.

It would appear I need to do some calibrating on my x1c. I used Bambu PLA Matte filament. I would love to know if there is a link to what section of the test tells you what needs to be fixed.

Great for seeing what overhangs and fine details are possible, the model doesn't have to be beautiful. It just has to show what the printer can do or where you need to adjust it

p1s struggled on the ball and the 90 degrees but other than that worked well!

I'm not sure what to do with the test results to make adjustments, but seems this Polylite Pro PLA failed the test lol
