This has an improved front poop deflector and added logo options. People were asking for an option that had Bambu Lab logos on it and to make the “front poop” deflector have a cleaner look, so I made a few options for you to choose from. All combinations of the options are on the various plates in the print profiles I provided. But remember, please watch the gif in the photos and I will also attach below for reference in the description of how to snap on the wiper. I kept having an issue with my nozzle having little strings off of it when changing filament and after wiping. So here is a wiper attachment for the Bambu Lab A1 (NOT MINI) nozzle purge wiper.
See pictures and instructions below. All you do is print it, pop on your new A1 Nozzle Purge Wiper with a nice logo onto the purge wiper assembly by inserting the bumps from the bottom into the screw holes, attach a cut piece of an A1 heatbed nozzle wiper pad, snap on the optional “front poop” deflector, and enjoy! See the GIF in the photos and below for an example. You can also print a version without the optional “front poop” deflector if you like it better, included in the print profiles.
Print with tree supports (minimal) on build plate only for the couple of overhangs.
Attach the wiper from the bottom with the bumps in the holes, and then snap on the top
Attach a cut piece of A1 heatbed nozzle wiper
Snap on the optional “front poop” deflector
