27/12/2023 Update: Everything fits well!

------------------------------------

This case is designed to be printed easily. You can use MMU, but you don't have to. Just download files that fits your needs and start printing. I've done a lots of tests.

Nothing else, than plastic material is needed!

I have used PLA materials.

Overall it is a nice case. I did find that to get the top and bottom to go together the easiest, one must either put the RPi in the top and then put the bottom on (basically upside down) and then flip over and push the RPi down into place or make sure the RPi's power and display ports are lined up with the holes and then pushed into the holes. There are two things with it that I have issues with. I will add them in a reply since I am running out of space to type.

1. There isn't a power button added to the case that will push the button on the RPi. It is accessible through one of the slits in the back, but not with a finger. 2. I couldn't find the mesh/hexagon, fan cover. There is a file listed that is supposed to be that, but it is solid when I bring it into the slicer.

Hey there, I'll look into the issue with fitting RPi inside. But for your poins. 1) I was designing it for server use, as Im using mine. Will add powerbutton in next version. 2) The hexagon fan cover is made directly in bambu slicer. (I have forgotten to include it...)

I was able to the hexagon fan cover in the slicer by doing 0 top and bottom layers and changing the infill to honeycomb.

Definitely something off, printed two cases and both are having this issue.

I had the same. There's a long tab in one corner, I think it's suppose to force fit next to the board to hold the ports in place. I broke mine trying to bend it a bit, then the top closed well.

turned out great for me. I did have a little trouble getting the fan cover on, but I got it enevtually. Done on my A1 Mini

it did successfully print the snap top cover took a little finess to get it to stay most likely due to some shrinkages and the part being so fragile sorry I can only guve 3 stars because the system won’t let me saying I need at least one successful print.

Printed on the A1 Mini, I didn't have any green filament for the raspberry pi logo, It fits great really nice aesthetic but would have been nice to have some sort of locking method to keep the case tightly connected together. The fan cover was a nice addition.

Fourth print ever for me after getting X1 Carbon just before Christmas. Perfect in every way. Holds Pi perfectly. Top grill creates very good tight fit. Top with tab just requires a little moving about so it slides past the board. Case stays together nice and tight but still easy to open when required. So much better than those in PiHut. Many thanks. Paul

Case came out perfect. only small issue I had was fitting the fan cover in but it just took a little shifting to get it.
