INFINITE CALENDAR
A functional calendar for every year. Simply slide the upper sliding plate to the day of the week corresponding to the first day of the month, and rotate the wheel to the current month.
The design was inspired by a physically sold calendar, redesigned in Fusion and adapted to be printed directly on the textured plate with AMS, for a softer and cleaner effect.
The project is divided into two plates, where I set the first one with the main panel, the wheel and the wheel stop pin.
The speed of the first layer has been significantly reduced for better control of the first layer which is made up of small prints I STRONGLY RECOMMEND USING GLUE OR HAIRSPRAY
FOR THE FIRST LAYER, GIVEN THE REDUCED SPEED, I RECOMMEND a lower first layer temperature than usual (I set 200°c).
The second printing plate involves the use of tree supports, which I highly recommend.
Pay particular attention to the calculation of purge values to avoid color mixing, especially between black and white (to avoid this for sure, set the calculator to 1.15, or rely on some downloadable test that can be used on Maker World.
Personally I find this very reliable, as it does not modify the gcode)
