Spool Remover Spoon for AMS Lite - two sided SRT
Print Profile(1)

Description
When you have an AMS Lite with drybox system and want to get the spool out but:
- Your children ‘borrowed’ your SRT for tea
- You found it and still cannot get the spool off
- You forgot to put in this handy tool
Then you need this tool!
Printing
Print in PLA, remove the brim after printing. It can be sharp.
If you want to print using your own settings try to use a material that does not flex and make sure to use enough walls for strength. (Or 100% infill.) I had to add a brim so it won't fall over during printing on my A1. I also tried mouse ears but that failed.
How to use?
- Insert this between the ‘claws’ of the AMS Lite spool holder with the ‘lip’ pointing outwards
- Move it until it touches the back of the AMS Lite
- Then angle the end of the tool upwards so it grabs the back of the spool
- Slowly pull the tool back while pushing the end of the tool up a bit
- When the spool is 1 or 2 cm loose you can usually grab it with your hands
Bambu Lab spools usually have a gap in the middle where this tool can also grab onto.
The pictures show how to use it when using my drybox system (YADAL) for AMS Lite but it can also be useful for other drybox systems.
