In addition to my silica spool dry box I designed two boxes for recovering the silica. Just fill in the hydrated silica into the first box (base-box), put in the second box and also fill it. ONLY fill until the surface is covered - there should be NO HEAPs!
Heat the print-bed of your printer to ~85 °C (185 °F) and put the box-stack on the bed. ~4 hours later your silica is recovered.
I first thought of adding more stack-boxes but I think the dehydration-process is best with only two of them (I will do a research during the next days and add more if this makes sense).
