This is a 1U blank plate with cable management on the back. I placed it between my two patch panels in my mini rack to organize the ethernet cables a little bit.
Print 9 or more of the attachment pieces and slide them on the back and glue them in place. Then, wrangle the loose cables in your mini rack.
