Description

Reusable spool for the 1kg esun refill. This reusable spool have an outer diameter of 79,5mm. Printed and tested, works fine in the AMS. Easy to put together with threads!

Printed with support, so the slot for the labels comes out good. UPDATED! Now both holes and clips for securing the filament on the inside of the spool! Choose between three designs Triangle, Hexagon or Octagon design! UPDATED: New print profile for a smaller spool holder that can be printed on the Bambu lab A1 mini. With integrated filament clips on the edges. This is a big print for the A1 mini, recommended using glue on build plate.

The labels are snap in place, so you know exactly which type of filament you have on the spool. You can easily snap the labels out with you finger from the back side. One label is blank, if you want to use a marker. Let me know if there is any other labels you need to have made.

USE: Insert the refill onto the spool holder, with internal threads. There is a small notch i the cardboard that fits into the small square on the spool holder. Screw the other side in, but dont tighten it yet. Remove the paper strips that holdes the refill together, then tighten the spools together with hand force.

If the spool is used with a filament dryer please use ABS or ASA filament. They will not deform by the heat.

I have printed mine in ABS filament.
