Description
Smaller egg designed to hold a mini articulated dragon. The small size will hold a McGybeer articulated dragon printed at 50% scaling (the “full size” is 83% scaled).

mine printed great but will not screw together. any help would be great.

I think it's just a little too tight, fixing it has been on my to-do list but I keep getting distracted. If you run some fine sandpaper over the threads it should help.

I've been sanding for a while, still no joy (medium size egg).
Edit: The large version, while slightly better, will not screw together for me either :(
I think I may need to do some calibration of my filament for better dimentional accuracy, but I'm also pretty sure that these are not well implemented threads.
Which is a shame, because it's a nice model.

The small egg is very good, but the medium egg thread cannot be screwed in. Too much force even crushed the eggshell. I think there may be issues with the model of the medium egg

I very much appreciate the test threads so users can dial in their print settings (or confirm they're good) very quickly before proceeding to the full egg.

ich drucke mit einem P1S. Leider hat die Kalibrierungslinie nicht vollständig am Druckbett gehaftet, und ist daher mit in den First Layer vom eigentlichen Druck gelangt. Dadurch ist diese kleine Macke entstanden. Leider ausgerechnet in dem Bereich wo die Filament Farbe sich ändert…

printed in silk and it came out great. need to lubricate the threads. I used a small amount of lard.

Nice design, printed the midsize egg on A1 mini. Needed a lot of work with sandpaper and knife on the threads to be able to close though.
