Description

I designed another AMS Lite wall mount, the AMS is easily removable and the mounting screws are hidden by the part which slides in.

 

Update 01.01.2024

Added a loose fit wall part, two people had problems with sliding the parts together. Be careful and take the new loose fit version or some sanding paper before slinding together. Avoid to much force for sliding it together, may you will not get it apart again.

 

Printed in PLA without any problems.

just printed this and LOVE it. very strong and allows to be screwed into a stud too.

I downloaded the loose version you can take it off very easily. i printed with the strong profile but insted of 6 walls i clicked 4 and instead of 25% i choose 15% . Just to scared and wanted that little bit extra feeling of ease . It's amazing . thank you so much. Now Bambu should acknowledge all the people that put it on wall and include an option to Invert the AMS view on the menu when you choose colors to match the new upside down orientation .

Thank you very much, i only choosed 6 walls and 25% infill, because I didn't want to be responsible if the ams crashes 😂

It’s how i printed my version and it’s very sturdy. I have no experience with other settings, but the way you printed it is probably sufficient.

Wouldn't it make sense to also bevel the short side (see picture)?

Thank you Schacky for the share I have mounted a few thanks to designers like you, but nice to see a few other options. I like the simplicity with the removal, will definately print out when I am ready to improove my current see pics

worked perfectly. I also really like the look of having it mounted above with attaching it to the printer. it’s hard to get a picture of the mount itself in the spot I have it mounted.

works perfect! I printed in PETG and it seem quite strong to hold +4kg. Due to little warping, I had to sand/rasp it down to allow smooth detaching of the AMS lite.
