Description

Simple Case for the Raspberry Pi5 that prints easily and looks great. There is provision for the official active cooling.

  • No supports required
  • Snap fit no screws required
  • Can be securely closed with M2.5x8 countersunk screws (optional)

This design is specific to the official Raspberry Pi Active Cooler, other fans may or may not fit into the design.

If you would like a top cover to accommodate your 3rd party fan, please share the details of your fan and I will try to create a suitable model as an option for the top cover.

EDIT:

After some consideration I have decided to share the onshape document. Please share your remix, especially if you use the cad files.

Very nice... looking good. The only thing that could be better ist a on/off button usable on the case instead of just a pinhole. Printed with Sunlu ePla Lite red and eSun Silk PLA Cyan.

Would be a very nice feature to start the Pi without a needed tool. Maybe something like this, a cut in the outer wall that can be pressed against the power button

Great print. The Pi fits pretty tight in the base, but fit regardless. printed in PLA @ 50% speed.

printed in Bambu Labs PETG translucent olive, turned out pretty good, little stringy in places especially around the micro SD card slot need some attention. I think this is probably more a symptom of the material choice but overall i’m happy with the result
