Description

Just a quick test model for printing NinjaTek NinjaFlex 85a tpu on the A1 Mini (also makes a good model to flush previous filament) should be able to tweak settings as needed

Not 100% but gives you an idea, used basic settings, haven't tweaked, filament still a little wet

Note:

To help release TPU from bed do the following:

  • let bed cool
  • spray edges of print with 1:1 ratio IPA/Water

Thanks. Just tried this on my X1 Carbon and the profile printed very well. Some splitting of the cube at the top and bottom line surfaces into the side walls (when squeezing the cube), but no issues with the quality. Need to look at the temps and inside-outside overlap to see why there was insufficient layer bonding here. Perhaps doing walls outside-in might help. But overall VERY happy with this profile as it made getting NinjaFlex up and running on my X1C almost plug and play.

Awesome, 85a can be a PITA glad it worked out. Every machine is different so some tweaking will definitely be required.
