Description
this is a test to make the riser as flat as possible.
I have not tested the riser.. print at your own risk.
You can look at the original profile but you have to create it yourself.
More support is definitely needed
update:
Variant 3 should now fit all AMS
Remix of “all” the other AMS risers.
I completely rebuilt the model. I have adjusted a few things.
- Dimensions minimally adjusted
- Break-out cable entry at the front and back
- 20mm x 20mm hole pattern on the sides to enable attachments to be screwed on
- 10mm LED are possible
- the LEDs can be attached with cable ties (holes in the model)
- a lip in front of the LEDs so that you are not blinded
- connection of the individual parts using a connector in the shape of a bone. This makes it easier to adjust the fit of the parts later

After at least 4 fails for each parts, I finally successfully completed! It's printed using ASA and Support Material for PA/PE to make support easy to tear down. Really a challege to keep ASA uncracked. I would recommend ABS or any other than ASA. Anyway, thanks to @duck.knapp, It's worked!
By the way, the height of connecting part is about 3-5mm more than needed, if possible , please trim it. I simply cut it to suitable by ultrasonic blade.
