Sometimes there’s just not what you need available commercially to fit the bill. In this story, it was a food truck needing to pass a Fire Marshall’s inspection to get their business license… This mobile bodega needed to have a secure way to mount their Type K extinguisher 4” off the floor yet close to their griddle. In the world of food on the run, the standard wall mount won’t cut it. Enter this hefty base for them American Model C 260. The extinguisher will slip into the opening with just enough room to be easy to access yet secure enough to not jump out.
