Optimum tech did it first, obviously, but why not make this a project for a boring afternoon? I had a Razer Deathadder V2 Mini laying aroung in a drawer, and figured that I could put my skills to the test with one goal in mind: create the lightest Deathadder there is, and I think I did a pretty good job. It should be under 30g, or around this 30g mark. It is not the most comfortable, but after 10 minutes, you won't even feel it in your hand.
