I wanted my design to be practical, adaptable and quick to setup. I also made the design modular and customizable so that others can add to it and make this design useful for many people.In its simplest form Autotray is a tray that hooks on a car’s steering wheel. It offers the following features:<ul><li>A recessed tray that can be easily removed – no screws are needed.</li><li>The tray has a recessed area for placing your food.</li><li>The tray has a series of holes in which pegs can be inserted to secure a laptop or tablet for various viewing angles.</li><li>The angle of the tray can be adjusted. The brackets interlock at various angles in a secure manner that will not risk you spilling your coffee on yourself. You can also interchange the left and right brackets to get even more angles.</li><li>A slide-out tray with a lock screw is mounted under the tray. It is interchangeable so that it can extend on the right or left side.</li><li>Extension brackets can be added to each side to which various holders can be mounted (phone, pens, frys etc.). There are retaining bolts and clips to secure objects to the extension brackets.</li><li>The various parts are either flush fit or threaded to permit assembly without the need for any tools.</li><li>Only 4 screws ( 1 inch number 6 or 8 screws) are needed to secure the rails for the slide-out tray.</li><li>A pdf assembly guide is provided.</li></ul>Autotray is designed for durability. I apologize but there would have been too many constraints and issues making this in parts for a smaller printer.Most parts can be printed with the default 0.2 mm standard settings but you really should print the following parts with 0.2 mm strength, 6 layers walls and 50% infill:<ul><li>Connecting bolts</li><li>The spindles;</li><li>The extension spindles.</li></ul>No support is used.&nbsp;Community involvement&nbsp;I am always amazed by the qualify and ingenuity of the 3d models featured on Maker World. Many far surpass my abilities. I am hoping that others will contribute to the design by creating holders and components for Autotray so that the whole community can benefit.To help with this I added a zip file with step files for the extension brackets, the slide-out tray, the retaining bolt and clip as well as the mount with the hole pattern.&nbsp;Some examples of add-ons that could be nice would be:<ul><li>Pen holders;</li><li>Holders for food, utensils, napkins etc.</li><li>Note holders;</li></ul>Also, it seems each car steering wheel adjusts at a different angle and there is not a standard for this. As such, I am including an stl of the horizontal tray support bracket as well as the interlocking part that is fused to the bracket. If you cannot get the right angle for the tray from my stls then you can rotate the interlocking part and Boolean it with the bracket to get the angle you wish.&nbsp;Lastly, this is a first prototype and work in progress. I would love to hear comments from users on how to make Autotray better or with more features. Inspired by the award winning <a target="_blank" href="https://www.eng.lihit-lab.com/a-3575-firm-book-end/" rel="nofollow noopener">A-3575 Firm Book End by LIHIT LAB</a>, the Modular Stand-Up Bookstand has been designed to be easily 3D printed and assembled.&nbsp;This style of bookstand allows for easy organizing of your books without worry of them falling over. The triangle holds on the bookstand rotate to hold your books individually. This allows you to add and remove books without having any of your books topple over. Your books will be able to stand on their own without support from other books or the sides of your shelf.&nbsp;Originally, my fiance showed me this design and asked if there were any stores selling something similar in the USA. After some searching, I was unable to find any domestic options for us, so I decided instead of ordering overseas and waiting for it to come in, I could design and print it in under 6 hours!&nbsp;The design features 14 triangles holds that are 10 mm each. The bookstands can also be connected modularly with the provided snap connectors to elongate the design. Because it uses snap connectors, the sides of the shelf can be placed flush against the sides of your shelves. This design has also been tested on the X1C, A1, and A1 mini.&nbsp;There are some structural additions that strengthen the model as well as minimize wobble for printing on bedslingers like the A1 and A1 mini. Lastly, the triangle holds have a small visual notch to help make sure that they&#39;re all aligned correctly.&nbsp;<h3>Assembly Instructions:</h3>The model is easily assembled, the rod slides into the hexagonal holes on the main base. I present to you today, a poker chip set for Monopoly! With Case!&nbsp;I had a friend that plays poker, but also enjoys Monopoly, and he got me hooked on the idea of using poker chips instead of the paper currency with monopoly. I designed this to be a custom fit set for Monopoly! Along with a case to keep it tidy.&nbsp;The print profiles are setup so there&#39;s 10 poker chips per a plate for each value. All in all you need 30 poker chips per a value. I wasn&#39;t sure if I should set the profiles up to only have one pokerchip on them, or try and cram them all on there. I printed them off in batches of ten though, so decided to keep it like I printed it. Should be easy to adjust for your own needs, if you want more or less. I recommend printing the poker chips on a smooth pei bed!&nbsp;The case comes in it&#39;s own print profile, as there were a number of custom settings setup for the poker chips to make them best. Of note on the poker chips, I set them to 100% infill, so they have a little more weight to them like real poker chips. I also had to adjust a few other settings to make sure the inset on the face facing down, prints nicely. Lastly, the poker chips are setup to us ironing for the top face!&nbsp;[Update] I have produced an A1 Mini version of the case, for the A1 Mini uses. Organize your morning and evening pills in this aptly pill shaped organizer. There are two compartments per “pill” for each day of the week. The lids have a sun and a moon in addition to the day of the week to assist in organization. The main body is printed all as one piece, and then there are seven individual lids that snap into place and can be slid to reveal either the morning or evening compartment.&nbsp;*Bonus* Single unit has been added with two lid options - blank or sun & moon (no day of the week text) !&nbsp;Design Features:<ul><li>Easily customizable - because the lids are loose, you can choose which day to start your week with (the 3DM model has the lids grouped into their own assembly separate from the main body for easily making the lids a different color from the main body)</li><li>No additional parts needed - the lids are designed with a friction fit to snap into place and do not require any magnets to stay closed</li><li>Single plate print - all lids and the main body fit onto one plate, even when printing in two colors by object (~4 hour print in PLA)</li><li>No printing support required - all parts were optimized to not require any support while printing on the X1 Carbon (134g total)</li></ul>Size & Capacity:<ul><li>243.5mm long x 70mm wide x 23mm tall (~9.58" x 2.75" x 0.9")</li><li>I can easily fit 7 pills of varying sizes in one half compartment, or 4-6 if just filling it with medium/larger pills (if folks are interested I can easily maker a taller version that could hold more pills)</li></ul>Print Setting Variations (for PLA on an X1 Carbon):<ul><li>Standard 0.2mm layer height with the 0.4mm nozzle on PEI textured plate</li><li>Switched to “adaptive cubic” infill while in “global” settings</li><li>Selected “print by object” while in “global” settings</li><li>Customized variable layer height settings separately for body and lids to get enough detail in chamfered mechanical areas without increasing entire print time significantly by using a fine layer height for entire print</li></ul>Assembly & Use:<ul><li>Sliding dovetailed lids will require a little force to “snap” into place the first time (lids should slide smoother after a few rounds of opening and closing to break the mechanism in)</li><li>There are protruding chamfered areas on the underside of the lid that keep it from just sliding open whenever - this means there is some small resistance to slide the lid into the “open” position</li><li>A stopper is located on the center bottom of the lid to keep the lid from sliding too far open - thus, only one side of each day is open at any given time</li><li>Please keep in mind that there is no “child lock” on this design and it is not meant to keep medications secure - for personal use at your own discretion!</li></ul>

An adaptation of <a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/nl/u/4205291423" rel="nofollow noopener">wilsonidaho</a>'s “<a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/nl/models/31051" rel="nofollow noopener">Wyze Cam Mount for the Vision Enclosure Door</a>"&nbsp;Removed the holes for the screw inserts on the bracket for a solid smooth surface to ensure proper adhesion to the door.&nbsp;Used glue dots, what I had available, to adhere the bracket to the door.&nbsp;

Many friends have made tool boxes for bambulab machines before. Some of them match AMS and some are placed on the side or top of the machine. I think I just need a tool box that can be placed anywhere to hold the tools that I often use for printing or repairing. , so this model was made. UPDATE 2024-01-07: I have added a <a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/en/models/127816#profileId-138299" rel="nofollow noopener">version of this model with space for a customizable badge</a>. &nbsp;Here is the wavy version of my <a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/en/models/39849#profileId-39264" rel="nofollow noopener">decorative trash bin</a>. 5 x 7 (127mm x 178mm) free-standing or wall-mounted portrait and landscape picture frames.&nbsp;No supports needed, only takes 1h50mins to print the free-standing versions including the clip-on stand. Wall mounted takes 1h40mins. 1mm clear perspex sheets can be used to protect the photos.
