This started as a clean, compact utility knife design, but I wanted it to be more than just functional. So I built a solid core and then made a bunch of swappable outer shells:
🟠 Rebel pilot
⚫ Imperial elite
🍩 Pink doughnut
⚪ NASA engineer
It uses a standard utility blade, a domed M3 bolt, and an M3 nut — easy to print, super satisfying to assemble, and actually great to use.
I’ve tested a bunch of prototypes and this one finally hit the sweet spot for grip, fit, and feel.

Finally dialed this in after loads of testing — solid, gyroid, twin/triple walls, even spray foam versions. This 3D printed can insulator performs best by far. Holds up surprisingly close to my Yeti Colster. Fits Euro 330ml/500ml/250ml and 12oz US cans. Got another size? Send me dimensions and I’ll add it! 🍻🧪

This one’s been sitting on my to-do list for ages… and I finally made it happen!
If you’ve ever noticed those glowing, mysterious critter eyes peeking out at you on Big Thunder, Pirates of the Caribbean, or tucked away in other Disney attractions — you’ll know the vibe I was going for here.

Ever since a trip to Batuu, I’ve been working on The Grinning Loth-cat statue inspired by the one in ogas cantina and now it’s sitting on my desk as a pen holder.
It can be printed as a pen pot, a mini tiki-style mug, or just as a delightfully creepy desk statue. Prints as a single piece, no supports needed.
I’ll drop the link in the comments if you want to bring one of these mischievous little guys into your space. Would love to see how others finish/paint theirs too!

While on holiday at Disneyland Paris, I spotted a beautiful Victorian-style birdhouse and knew I had to recreate one for my own garden. This design captures that classic, elegant look — a perfect centerpiece for any outdoor space! The birdhouse features a charming octagonal shape with paneled walls, a detailed tiled roof, and a decorative finial.

Inspired by stacking trays seen at a Disney quick service restaurant, this 3D printed stacking tray is designed for maximum versatility and efficiency. In their default orientation, the trays securely stack on top of each other without disturbing the contents inside. When rotated 180 degrees, the trays nest deeply into one another, minimizing storage space. Perfect for organizing 3D prints, building blocks, hardware, tools, paints, and more.
