The tightly toleranced T-Shank rebate (in the handle body) also helps ensures the blade does not slip out once held &amp; it is as safe as possible to use. Like all these handles this took a lot of prototyping &amp; testing but works great. It is quick &amp; toolless to adjust….and satisfying to use as a result.&nbsp;Most standard ‘Jigsaw’ hacksaw blades are approximately 0.8 - 1.2mm thick. As such I have provided one 0.85mm and one 1.2mm size CAM in the main print profile, but others will be available in their own profiles; such as Intermediate CAM levers (for 1.0mm thick blades) …. so please feel free to check yours for compatibility and pick the most suitable sizes for you.&nbsp;Note: In this instance the CAM levers DO NOT need to be a super tight fit against the blade. This is because the rebate in the holder does a lot of the retention, and so the CAM only needs lightly pinch the blade to stop it lifting out. So, try not to force it if the thumb lock feels tight when clamping the blade….instead you could try printing the one of the other CAM levers from the Print profiles provided.&nbsp;If you like this model then you may also like my sliding <a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/en/models/213504#profileId-233069" rel="nofollow noopener">steel ruler limit block</a> which also incorporates a CAM locking mechanism. Or any of my other <a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/en/@DatumCAD" rel="nofollow noopener">DatumCAD</a> designs :)&nbsp;Fasteners: For this model you will need 2x M3 x 30mm fixings which act purely as strong pivot axles to the cam lever.&nbsp;Assembly:<ul><li>Insert the CAM lever into the Housing. Tip: Insert with the level in the closed / horizontal position as the holes will then line up easier.</li><li>Insert M3 Fixings. Tip: The fixings should pass though the handle housing counterbore hole &amp; the CAM lever relatively unhindered, but then will need lightly screwing into far handle hole which has been deliberately sized so as to require some tightening without to much force. (Remember these are just acting as pivot points, no need to tighten down hard, but equally the fixing should not want to fall back out either.)</li><li>Insert Blade. Top Tip: Open both of the CAM levers up around 180degrees from the closed position, so the CAMs don&#39;t interfere with or grab the blade upon insertion. Align the T-Shank with the rebate in the handle base. Once you have in the correct location, simply lock the both CAM fully down. Or, atleast to my liking. So i came up with my own spin on some very simple yet effective designs! :)  There is a version with a “built-in” snap and a version that's using push fit rods, which makes it very easy to install on the Multiboard Tiles. I decided to make the snap edition with 1 snap. 2 snaps seems to a bit overkill i think. I've printed 6 holders and they are holding 3x folding rulers. Pros: - Print-in-place with NO supports! - Can be re-located indefinitely Cons: - The snap edition is not as strong of a mount as I'd like, but plenty for a folding ruler ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Parts list: 1x Folding Ruler Holder Print instructions: All files prints very nicely on the Ender V3 KE. The Ikea Malm drawers are a popular choice for their spacious storage capabilities, yet it&#39;s true that their depth isn&#39;t always fully utilized. That&#39;s why I&#39;ve started to create inserts for them that maximize this space and enhance functionality. This model is part of a series to come that will all be released in my <a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/en/@Leif3D/collections/1169601" rel="nofollow noopener">Ikea Collection</a>. This particular model is an insert that mixes my idea with a 4x3 Gridfinity Layout for the large community of Gridfinity fans out there. In my photo I&#39;ve combined my model with the <a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/en/models/35998#profileId-33745" rel="nofollow noopener">Bins from KYZ</a> in the 2x1x6, 2x2x6 and 3x2x6 size. &nbsp;Boosts are greatly appreciated. Leverage the Aux Fan and heated bed in your X1/X1C/P1S to act as a filament dryer.<h2>Printing</h2>The design is printing friendly (PC with 65° overhang or ABS with 50° overhang) and designed to maximize speed, minimize filament usage while having good thermal isolation properties.You should be able to get good enough results even if your roll is moist; permitting you to bootstrap your cooking.Print with ABS or PC. Do not use PLA or PETG because their melting temperature is too low.An option is to do the first with ABS so you can cook your PC. Then print it again in PC. That said, my ABS cover was able to sustain 95℃ bed temperature overnight just fine. As a matter of fact, the Bambulab Reusable Spool is made of ABS!The cover is designed for the AMS spool sizing, which is 202 mm in diameter and 70 mm wide.<h3>Print settings</h3>0.4mm nozzle, 0.20mm Standard, 10% infill, infill direction: 0°, rectilinear infill (20min faster than grid), Seam position Nearest. Optionally use brims if ABS, not necessary with PC.Use &#34;Auto Orient&#34; then &#34;Arrange all objects&#34; with &#34;Auto rotate for arrangement&#34; checked. We can use slightly higher temperatures for better drying because of the airflow. ♨️&nbsp;Tested with both ABS spools (Bambulab) and cardboard spools (Overture, Polylite).<ol><li>Put the high temp plate.</li><li>Adjust the plate Z height at the level where the cover&#39;s exhaust is at the Aux fan.</li><li>Put the Aux fan and Chamber fans at 30%.</li><li>Increase the bed temperature to the desired level (between 70℃ and 95℃). See <a target="_blank" href="https://maruel.ca/post/bambulab_filaments/" rel="nofollow noopener">https://maruel.ca/post/bambulab_filaments/</a> for a one pager including bed temperature for popular filaments.</li><li>Let your spool cook overnight. This is 3D printable model of the Constitution Class NCC-1701 Enterprise from the Star Trek. It is a kit and does not require any glue. The different colored parts are separated for easier printing. The ship is a hybrid of TOS and SNW versions. When I bought a set of 6 Ikea SKÅDIS boards and was putting them up on the wall I wanted something to allign them perfectly. So I took my calipers, took some measurements and opend fusion 360.First I made the “mini”s so the boards could be connected and aligned. I used the original metal back plate/rail to secure them to the wall but if you got a flat surface on your wall you can probably use good double sided (nano) tape to secure the board connects to the wall (and also use it to connect connects to the boards). Havent tested this myself tho!&nbsp;And for all things you havent made yourself (including these), use at your own risk!

This a redesign of a popular model I made a few years ago, most phones have increased in size. Also the tolerances afforded by Bambu Lab machines make it much easier to print and assemble. <h3>Pixel Board</h3><figure class="image image_resized image-style-align-center" style="width:100%;"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/96773/2023-09-22_lon3dtlzddwb.jpg"></figure>&nbsp;Changes:&nbsp;2023-10-15: Fixed the case which had incosistent edge.&nbsp;___&nbsp;&nbsp;PixelBoard is, as the name implies, a board that you can put 3D printed small squares aka “pixels” in and use it as a decorative piece, the board is 24 pixels wide and 12 pixels tall. The compact overall design fits on pretty much every printer, including Prusa Mini. If you're wondering what kind of designs can be made with pixels and a board of this size, scroll down to the bottom for some design examples.I recently found a similar model to this, and I noticed it had a few design flaws - but due to its licensing which didn't allow any modifications (remixes), I couldn't make any improvements to it - so I made an entirely new project from scratch over the weekend, and you can remix, share, and adapt it in any way you want - STEP files are included as well!&nbsp;Since it's literally designed over the weekend and not used over a longer period, if you have any improvement suggestions, feel free to make a remix or to comment.&nbsp;It's designed from the ground up for FDM printing, no supports, or anything similar required. It makes (optional, but recommended) use of 6x3mm magnets to hold the board firmly in the case, and the case itself doubles as a storage - and can hold more than 4 times the number of pixels required to fill the entire board, all in 4 different compartments, so you don't have to search through piles of different pixels to find the color you want.&nbsp;I have printed all the files on my X1C using generic 0.2mm settings with different filaments I had lying around, but please before you print everything at once, see below for print instructions and fit test models.&nbsp;<h3>Required materials:</h3>&nbsp;<ul><li>Optional: four 6x3mm magnets. These will hold the board extremely well in place, so much so that I had to design a push pin to push the board from the back, this is ideal since the box doubles as storage, and you don't want to have 1000+ pins accidentally drop on the floor.</li><li>3D Printer with at least 165mm bed size width - Prusa Mini can fit and print this.</li></ul><h4> </h4><h4> </h4><h4>Parts and print settings</h4><h4> </h4><h4>Board</h4><figure class="image image-style-align-center"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/96773/2023-09-22_79e71rpcqru4.jpg"></figure><h4> </h4>The board is printed using default settings of 0.2mm or lower, but there is no significant benefit of printing lower than 0.2. It requires no additional settings or anything else. Just make sure you're printing this with a dry filament to avoid any stringing which may lead to pixels not fitting quite well afterward.<h4>Pins</h4><figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/96773/2023-09-22_fx9bx521pug5.jpg"></figure>&nbsp;The Pins are all 5x5mm for the cube part, as the tolerances for this are built into the board directly, but the diameter of the cylinder part may vary from printer to printer, and based on what kind of fit you want. I've included the pins with the cylinder at the following diameters: 5.00mm, 4.98mm, 4.96mm, 4.94mm, 4.92mm, and 4.90mm. They all have the size in their name Pin500 is Pin with a diameter of 5.00mm, Pin492 with diameter of 4.92mm, and so on.You need 288 pins to fill the whole board, I've included files with 298 pins to have some spare. If your printer bed adhesion isn't that reliable, I'd recommend printing in smaller batches instead of everything at once.&nbsp;You can print these in 0.2mm layer heights as well. No brim is required, and if you use it then it might be difficult to remove afterward.So, how do you know which pin size to print?&nbsp;<h4>Fit Test Files</h4><figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/96773/2023-09-22_jjvpqn24uwh2.jpg"></figure>&nbsp;I've included a small 3x3 test board, print this, and all different pins and see which one fits best. If none of the pins fit, then you can, of course, use the scale feature of the slicer to adjust it, or modify the step files, but it means that your printer isn't quite accurate enough and this may lead to other issues as well. Use the same filament and same settings that you will use later on.For me personally, Pin498 fits the best.<h4>Case</h4><figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/96773/2023-09-22_qendaq3orl0u.jpg"></figure>&nbsp;The case requires no supports and is designed to be printed this way. You can use any layer height that you want. 0.2 layer height produces nice results, and especially with some sanding, can be pretty. There are no major structural demands here, other than the magnets that are held in place. &nbsp;<figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/96773/2023-09-22_fwumhu5dey4w.png"></figure>Magnets/PushPin&nbsp;<figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/96773/2023-09-22_7tw888ogds6s.jpg"></figure>If you decide to use magnets, you can put them in the side of the case, as well as the board, so they hold when the board is in place. There should be enough clearance to do a simple press fit for the magnets, bit if they keep falling out just add a drop of superglue.&nbsp;However, these magnets can be pretty strong, and getting the board out - when it's full of pins, can be very difficult, so I've designed a pin that goes from the front of the case to the back - make sure to put this in BEFORE you put the board in. The pins are pretty small, only 5 mm and barely noticeable, due to the small size, you'll need something to push them in from the back. If you don't want to deal with that, and you don't mind compromising on the design, there's also a long push pin version, this will stick out on the back 20mm and allow you to push it with your finger easily. Print both and try it out.The pins can be printed either way, and you don't need infill for them - 2 or 3 walls should do the trick.I printed mine in this orientation, so I get a smoother back-side finish. But this is up to you and how well your bed adhesion is. This print-in-place locking bag clip has been designed so that it can be printed without supports, has a fun curvy shape, uses an outward angled handle for easier one-handed use, and is a nice size at just under 6 cm when closed.<figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/user/3485677045/draft/2023-09-21_kei37ynb43g3.gif"></figure>I'd recommend you set the “Strength→ Wall Loops" option to at least 5 for increased strength. In addition to the STL, I'm also attaching the Fusion360 file if you'd like to make adjustments.&nbsp;The original “Cam Lock Bag Clip.stl” (which I'd still recommend you start with if you're printing in PLA) is designed with a .2 mm tolerance around the pivot joints. If you have trouble with the plastic fusing in your print conditions though or are printing in other materials - such as PETG, I've now also attached two versions that increase the spacing tolerance slightly (.3 mm and .4 mm) which you could use as an alternative.&nbsp;This is a complete from-scratch design, but there are many great cam locking clips. Although notably different, I've marked this model as a remix of the very cool model that ‘jfedor’ did which used a similar approach for making a clip printable without requiring supports (which itself was a remix of Andrei's popular version that does require supports).

A portable cable organizer which is setup as an easy print-in-place and includes a knob on the side for conveniently winding up the cable when you're ready to pack it away.<figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/76375/2023-09-13_fd01d80e216de.gif"></figure>This model is an easy print that requires no supports, and three different sizes are provided to accommodate cables of different lengths. If you're not sure which to choose, I'd recommend starting with the “medium” size.&nbsp;After printing, you'll want to place the cable within the groove at its halfway point, close the lid (which is intentionally designed to close tightly), wind up the cord clockwise using the handle, and then extend by simply grabbing the cable by both ends.&nbsp;Update 2023-09-13:&nbsp;Alternative smooth-sided versions of all three sizes have now been added, and also the handle design was slightly adjusted to add a small fillet and chamfer to decrease the bridge distance.
