I love the smaller foot print, the only concern is the thin walls between each section. when putting clamshells in, they tend to get caught sometimes. are their plans to do the extra long extra tall clamshell caddie?

just set up my H2D, with ams. AMS is on the right side and feeds and did a test print no problem. left extruder won't "feed" I went to do a test print with the left extruder and I ran the filament all the way through until it stopped. went to start print and it asks me to feed the filament through. I stopped the print and did the manual feed and the system asked if filament was coming out of the extruder, I hit yes because it was. OK it is loaded, I start the print and it tells me to load the filament, I did. this is right out of the box brand new. please help, what do I need to do?
