Acetone vapour 75x75mm wood fencepost cap. Slips over the top and has a 5mm reinforced hole to screw to the post itself. I printed in ABS and gave it a 60m acetone vapour soak in a sealed box to bond the layers together. An acetone vapour soak with ABS will stop layer delamination in the field. Corners are chamfered but to print on an A1 use a brim and consider using Klapton tape 5mins after the print starts to help keep the print in place.
