The original ceiling vents in my ducted AC system were slightly oversized and never sat properly in the frame. Rather than forcing a poor fit, I designed a new 172 × 172 × 25 mm replacement grille to match the opening precisely. The result is a clean fit, improved rigidity, and a much neater finish. If your vents don’t quite sit right, this might help.

Well designed and good tolerances. Would be nice to have a choice of widths to print the best for our laptop.
The front feet which retain the laptop are too short for my laptop. Currently figuring out what to do

I had a need for better cable management around my TL-SG1016PE switch and found a similar model that inspired the idea, but it didn’t fit what I wanted. So I designed this version from scratch to suit my setup.
The goal was to have the switch sit flush in the rack while guiding all the Ethernet leads neatly behind the shelf, keeping the front clean and the status LEDs visible. The result is a tidy, stable mounting solution that makes the whole network cabinet look far more organised.
