This sheet holder will be a very handy tool for a friend who needs it. It mostly printed very well. I printed it on my P1S/AMS2, using Bambu Labs PLA Basic, Color = Gold.
The humidity in the AMS2 was around 20%, so I was surprised to have some of the layers not properly bond at the top, inside corner of the model. You can see how the layers on the lower edge of the top round-over didn’t bond together. This can be clearly seen on the right side of the corner, but it also occurred to a couple of layers on the left side.
I’m still fairly junior in understanding all the parameters and printing problems associated with them, but I think 20% humidity should be fine for PLA Basic, and all the other layers look excellent. Should I increase the printhead temp a little bit? If so, by how much? I don’t want to cause other problems. I can live with those loose layers, it’s easy enough to just clip them.
Any thoughts on how I can fix this? (Or should I even worry about this?)
Thanks.

Using BambuLabs PLA Basic filament, with the latest Bambu filament profile, this printed perfectly! It will be useful for any quick maintenance work I need to do with the horned. I agree with another reviewer that for more extensive work on the printhead, the cover is easy enough to unplug. Having been an electronics tech in a past life, I always try to reduce the number of plug disconnections to minimize potential wear or accidental damage to the pins and sockets. This tool helps minimize stresses on the wires and the crimps.
Thanks for designing this simple tool!

This is a well designed and has ingenious functionality! I used Bambi Labs PLA Basic, in Brown, Gold, and Green. It printed perfectly for me with my P1S, AMS2, and the default Bambi Labs PLA Basic filament profile. I’m impressed with how beautiful the surface came out, and how the pieces work together. Very nice.
For the hinge, I used a small blue laminated paper clip, cut to the length that would allow the cut end to be shaped to match the standard small end of the paper clip (I did not straighten that end).
Thank you for this model. I’ve been hearing scratching inside the cabinet under our kitchen sink, so I know that a mouse is trapped and can’t, yet, get into the rest of our kitchen. The only hole for the mouse is to the back of the dishwasher, where the power, water supply, and drain hose passes through. The scratching has prodded me into action, so I printed this out last night and will set it up before I go to work.
I will update you on how it works!

This is great! I needed some hooks for our 6’ and 13’ dog leashes and harnesses to hang next to the kitchen door, so I loved being able to determine the spacing myself. It needed to look good, keep the leashes untangled and off our table tops, allow for the different size/spacing requirements, be securely fastened to the wall, and be easily accessible. This checked all those boxes.
There is one minor problem. I wanted the mounting screws to not show AND I wanted them to be screwed tight to the wall… I couldn’t have both. I adjusted the strongly mounted screws into the wall so the hooks could slide down tightly, but it’s not quite tight enough to keep the hooks from sliding up a bit with a weak push. This made the leash rack a little unlevel. I do not think they will come off the wall anytime soon, but I believe over time the holes will wear, become looser, and the leash rack will fall off.

I loved this, but my spouse had no patience with it and was not pleased at all! I had to open it to get the gift out. 😱

it was a lot of fun at the white elephant gift exchange. And was much more exciting than the two $15 gift cards for a local coffee roaster shop. thanks.

The wear details on the brim are a little too minimal. But otherwise a very nice model.

Very nice model, and works well. It’s a little big for my preference, and I have fairly big hands, but that’s just me. I’m sure others will find it very useful. Still, I did print two using Halloween colors, one for home and the other for work. I will use it occasionally, just for the variety. Thanks for designing it.

[Photo Description] The aging Great Pumpkin is keeping watch over Amy’s, the Lego librarian, annual October Book of the Month Club meeting with her old friends, the past (or passed?) librarians. He appears to have lost his upper set of dentures. He loves to listen in on the stories, especially this month’s book, which was written by… uh-hum, a “ghost writer.” 🎃🤣🤣🎃
[Printing Experience] I did dry the filament and used the Bambu Labs settings associated with my P1S and AMS Pro 2 and the new Bambu Labs PLA Basic filament. The upper teeth did not all form correctly and some of them appeared to merge with the support, and so all of the upper teeth broke off. I debated whether to give this 4 or 5 stars because this problem could be tied to either the model itself or caused by the user printing the object, but since I believe the settings and evnironmental conditions were close to ideal, I did drop one star. But I can still work with the octogenarian pumpkin losing his dentures. 😊

Nice! It does a great job protecting the wobbly and somewhat fragile 4-way filament feed device when removing the PTFE tubes. Easy stable to use. thanks!
