I’ve made a bunch of these as gifts for a friend who has recently had a heart transplant. She is giving them to her Team of Friends who helped her through this major life event.

This is exactly what I needed. I am printing a few parts at a time and gradually expanding the assembly.

These worked beautifully! I don’t have the wire mesh yet, but took a picture of one of the end plates in position. Thanks again for the 18” version!

Excellent for quickly cleaning the build plate without gouging the surface.

This is an awesome improvement to the strip of leds under the X bar that I bought on Amazon!
It greatly reduces the glare of the lights reflecting on the build plate.

I really like this dragon, but even with glue, the default position on the build plate on an A1 contributes to print failure before the wings are complete. In my opinion, when the model is rotated so that the longest dimension where the wings are attached to the build plate is lined up with the Y axis, it greatly reduces the chance of failure.

I tried printing all 3 sizes of this dragon. I use an A1. The wings came loose from the build plate on both the large and the medium dragons before the print was finished. I then rotated the small one so that the wings were lined up with the direction of travel of the moving bed…SUCCESS!
I am trying to figure out how to salvage the two larger ones. Does anyone know how to just print the last layers of the wings and then superglue them to the failed prints?
