I've been designing and manufacturing things (mostly research equipment) for 30+ years, including using 3D printers extensively for nearly 20. The first one cost more than my house, and was bought at about the same time. In those years of 3D printing, I've never printed a Benchy, a wide variety of my own test files, but never one of those boats... These days, I create for myself things that interest me, solve problems I see, and on rare occasions look decorative. I design for 3D Printing, CNC or Manual Machining, Laser Cutters, Molding, though only the 3DP items are uploaded here.

I've modified my wolfbox MF100 nozzle, for those having issues printing. The wall is thickened to achieve a stronger link between the layers, at the expense of narrowing the internal diameter and introducing more restriction to the airflow. This version is not quite as secure in its attachment, due to the loss of the lip which required support, but still fixes firmly enough to be functional on my duster. A quick sample piece, having had to explain methods of temporarily (or fairly permanently, basically, could be disassembled if needed) to hundreds of people over the last few years. This shows 3 methods of joining lasercut panels. Conventional fasteners (square or hex nut and screw) A 3D printed nut, self tapping plastic screw A 3D printed clip, with a slotted tab The 3D printed parts can be found in the description. Note: not tested on a H2D as I don't have one.

I decided a slimmer nozzle was needed for the WolfBox MF100 Air Duster, so drew up a couple quickly which have proved useful in tight spaces. One is a simple 6mm diameter, reasonably long. The other a 12 x 3mm Flat nozzle that works well for moving dust along. The Flat Nozzle should align neatly perpendicular to the handle. I may draw up another version at 90 degrees to this one. Pleasingly in my printer, my first print was a neat twist fit, just as the WolfBox original nozzles.
