My "new-to-me" Polaris Xplorer 300 was missing the knob on the petcock. Obviously this made turning the fuel supply on and off a bit difficult. I was unable to find just the knob by itself and didn't need a whole new petcock, so designed and printed this one. I did use some pictures to try to get it pretty close to OEM appearance. I printed the test fit in white PLA. Once I was happy with the model, I printed it in black PETG.

My “new-to-me” Polaris Xplorer 300 ATV did not have a lever for the choke. Manually pulling the little nub the lever went on was getting annoying. Instead of spending six bucks on a replacement lever, I decided to print one instead. It took a few iterations until I was happy enough with it to post it. The white one I have pictured is PLA, but I eventually reprinted it in black PETG.
