Good work making the blades wider! Some issues though: (a) Blades sit relatively loose in the scraper (~0.6 mm play). (b) The small brim to lock the blade in the scraper is only 0.5 mm wide and easily torn. I successfully tested it with some modifications: (1) Reduce the size of the inner cutout from about 10x10 mm to 9x10 mm. (2) Scale blade thickness to 2.4 mm (z) as the original design is. (3) Tried 3 walls hoping for better firmness of the razor edge. PLA-Basic, 0.12mm layers on X1C

AAA Battery-Box and Combined AA/AAA box printed excellent with BL PLA-Matte! The first print of an AA box from a new spool PLA-Basic has some visible flaws. I assume the issues are related to the material, though now thorough analysis yet. (2nd print is running)
