The Ikea Hultarp hangers look good but tend to often fall from the rail since they miss a locking mechanism. My locking pins solve exactly this issue, they snap-fit into the hole which already exists in the hangers. (I think Ikea was planning to use the hole for a locking pin but then they never completely finished the product)
