I wanted an egg container that felt satisfying to use and was designed specifically 3D printing. After trying press-fit and threaded designs, I wasn't happy with the results, so I started over and developed a twist-lock mechanism instead. This model went through multiple design changes with each version improving the locking tabs, and overall feel. Every released size has been physically printed and tested to make sure the mechanism works as intended instead of relying on simple scaling.
