Very nicely designed to fit 20 series extrusion holds PTFE Bowden tube solidly and the swivel, when snapped free within its mount swivels nicely in its mount. I had hoped that using my 30 series hardware would allow me to mount it to 3030 extrusion but it would not. Hence, this was a great print but could not apply it to my use!

I have yet to use this and have been setting my honing jig with the Veritas ange gauge and that takes time and finesse. Accoring to James Hamilton and Rob (the guy who has a slight Canadian access but can’t remember his name) the only thing that is important is that your plane and chisel bevels are consistent so both recommend a jig like this! Nice print but I did not see the magnet holes in the description. I put some 10mm magnets in it with epoxy but have yet to try this! It looks great!

I really like this adjustable weatherboard but have not used it. The feather/finger tip distance to the end of the holder mount where it contacts the workpiece is ~5/16” which will make this very stiff against the workpiece. I have yet to test it so I can’t give a more accurate assessment. Also the use of a carriage bolt 5x30mm seems necessary because it does not work with a round head screw, can not tighten it. I like to purchase assortments when I buy hardware to cover all eventualities and these can only be found as a 5-12 pack of 5x30mm and longer, the assortments start at 6mm and up.

Found this by accident. I have 2 micro jig clamps and 2 other brand for T-track that I’m curious will fit this rack mount. I had some minor adherence issue and warping on the initial back left corner at the start of the print that was not detected until it was one third through. Cosmetic and not an issue, old filament. Great print!

Easy Print using Blue Matte PLA. Have not yet used this but highly resembles the Veritas setup Jig. So I downloaded their instructions on how to use it properly. I also bought a rest and turning tools jig for my slow speed grinder and will test this against their setting jig as soon as I install the rest. Quick high quality print on my H2D.

Needed the radius gauges, both iner and outer, to determine the outside corner radius of my router base table plate and the miscut radius of the table it is inset in. This enabled me to create an accurate 3D printed spacer to cover the miscut. Designed it easily on TinkerCad but blobbing is occurring when I print so more work needed with nozzle cleaning and slicer settings.

I printed this in ABS-GF and I was surprised how well it fit and the quality of the print. The filling funnel is not Ideal but it is better than nothing at all and, frankly, I don’t think it could have been designed any better due to the holder’s size constraints. I now have Alumina dessicant in my AMS HT. A Note on ABS-GF, it is very brittle even when dried. I found that the shortest path to the printhead was/is the best approach so I used the AMS HT. It must be completely cooled or binding in the AMS HT will occur!

Except for having to epoxy on the knob and in the rails this little vise will be nice for soldering leads on small PCBs! or holding small things while installing hardware. A quick go to!

Final conclusion, Due to my perception of the capabilities of the H2D and the design’s original printer series, I failed to realize that by combining the sifter screens to one plate confused the printer due to infil (grate/sieve) screen being of to different patterns. My bad! I wish to design a vibratory shaker for this model so I will do my best to link both when I have it working. It’s all very much a learning process!!!

Used 90A TPU To print these, first pass was a failure due to binding during feed, my fault, second pass produced a nice hinge. 1 hinge shy on the cooler and my TPU is now at 28% moisture so another 18 hours of dry in my AMS time before I attempt a larger run for the rest of the Igloos (shame on them). Does anybody know why my AMS 2 Pro does not rotate slowly as it’s supposed to during drying or is that the function needing a power block even with an H2D?

This print was a challenge. First there was the TPU dryness issue and since I only have the AMS 2 Pro it takes 18 hours to get printable quality TPU 90A (what I have) and why I needed this storage box to begin with. Then I learned that my nozzle isn’t really clean since black PETG HF, from printing the clasps (note! one failed on installation causing a reprint???) caused a dark coloration in the pink/“Blaze” color for the first half of one roller cover. Also, I printed the spool for this build in PETG HF not two different filaments as in the file since I didn’t have the recommended filament and feared that my TPU had taken on too much moisture again. Now that it is in the box I find that the hygrometer reads 18% and that may not be the circumstance, Good News! And, I love the little TPU filament to Bowden tube puller-sealer thingy!!!

the largest size on the plate with M4 was actually for M3 nuts? so I designed one myself and frustratingly found that two slicer settings, for hole and x-y contour needed to be adjusted. I wonder if that’s the key to yours????

I printed this for my daughter but realize a good bit of toothpaste will wind up wasted inside of it. Hence 4 stars! Great novelty though!

These are a nice design and can be used either with desiccant or as/with weight to hold down a spool in its AMS or Dispenser. However, I did this print to create a dry box Dispenser for 90A TPU and I need to print the winder hole gaskets in TPU sort of putting the cart before the horse. I have yet to print them since my dry box dispenser has friction issues I need to work out first!

This did not fit my handle end of the 4L cereal box I used. I successfully modified the box with a HF heat gun and a small piece of 2x4 to spread the box slightly (distorted the top and bottom of my PLA lab jack). However, this can’t be known up front from overseas manufacturer to manufacturer and not the reason for loss of a star. I wanted to use this with 608 bearings to produce a relatively friction free dispenser/dry box for 90A TPU but they worked no better than your bearings lubricated with graphite. I don’t think this will be as frictionless as I had hoped. It is now serving as a PLA dry storage box. Also the screw-on-lid desiccant holder is a bit fidely and difficult to fill properly.

Nice! A must have if you now have devices from 4 different generations of USB or specialty charging setups.

I like this idea of all the designs I have seen. However, the standard makeup patch fits almost perfect with one area not being held down, about 15mm worth. Have not yet had a need to use but will increase the number of stars if the glitch is related to the makeup pads and/or the device performs well either way.
