Very clever. I broke one of the tabs while putting it together, but it still works. A bit stiff, but functional. I kinda wish it didn't have the seam but haven't investigated whether it can be reduced (I'm assuming not easily)

I really thought it would take a couple of tries to get a good print of this, but it worked on the first try. Used a 2-color silk PLA on the PEI smooth plate. It took some fiddling for it to loosen up but now is pretty smooth. It's a great conversation piece!

The city of Albuquerque, NM USA rests atop the Rio Grande rift valley. As the rift formed, the Sandia Mountains on the east side of the rift lifted up, like a trap door. This model shows the gentle slope of the eastern side of Sandia Mountain and the steep cliffs on the western face which are visible in the town.
The east/west “groove” visible at the south end of the mountain is the pass that Interstate 40 takes through the city to the eastern plains of New Mexico.

Printed great, looks good in multicolor filament, feels pretty loose (almost like it might fall apart) but after fidgeting with it for a few hours I can say it's very solid.
