The Perpetual Calendar&nbsp;A fully 3D printed calendar. No Magnets, no bolts, no glue and no screws are needed. Just 3D printed parts.  If you don't have an AMS unit, you can just print the date/month tiles in one color - Then you use a Posca Marker or similar to add the date and months.&nbsp;I seperated each color print (besides the date/months tiles) to individual print plates. Please move these around as you please for faster or more eficient prints.&nbsp;NB: When assembling the calendar please only tighten the axis so you can still move the date and month individually.&nbsp;The indicator tiles needs to be inserted in this order.<figure class="image image_resized" style="width:56.57%;"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/467143/2023-12-30_2ce15f6f96ba7.png"></figure>NOTE: The two housings are not the same.The centerblock one for the days is 31,4mm - The centerblock for the months is 28,8mm&nbsp;If you’re having issues with adhesion in general with your printer - please use the print profile with added brim to the threaded axis. &nbsp;Please have a look at this assembly video I've made. If this happens just give the housing a little tap and it should fall into place.&nbsp;My calendar is printed with these filaments:Sunlu PLA+ White (I am having bed adhesion issues with this filament - I recommend Bambu PLA White instead)Sunlu PLA+ BlackBambu Lab PLA Basic Orange UPDATE 31-12-2023:Uploaded a new print profile. Version V1.1Made a few modifications to the two housings so the tiles would fall down more consistently.This update also reduces the print time by more than 1 hour.&nbsp; UPDATE 08-01-2024:Some users have been complaining/leaving low ratings about the ironing of the tiles or bed adhesion.  Please modify this yourself within Bambu Studio if your printer is not well calibrated or maintained.  Also, make sure your printer bed is clean from any grease.  I've had zero issues with my own prints. both ironing and bed adhesion.  Printed on a P1S.&nbsp;&nbsp;

I have one LED Lamp kit come with my a1mini and sitting for a while. So why not turning it into what she want. A new profile was made for a1mini. Weight increased on printing profile by adding more infill and walls. Weight for that part from 160g to 202g, lowered center of gravity. Joints redesigned. </h3>Improved joints firction load, strength, tolerancing. New turning angle sets around 13.5 degrees max for each joints. <figure class="image image_resized" style="width:36.72%;"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/796346/2024-02-01_d00693a8b7acb.png"></figure>“Head” part fit and finish improving. <h3>Revisions and Tests today:</h3><figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/796346/2024-02-02_ffe7e41994dec.png"></figure>&nbsp;<h2>Before you print(Important!):</h2>Run the joint test print first with the filament you are going to use for joints and body, before you doing the full print! This is important. Depend on filaments you use for the joint parts, there will be sinkage rate difference, and firction load on joint will be different.&nbsp;I put very tight tolerancing on design, but it may not work as intended when you printing with your filaments, so run the test and confirm joints is very tight to each other. Other wise You will not get the desired result.&nbsp;&nbsp;Joints with other parts are standard size. There is one “Tight” profile for joints. There are two types of joint, regular and with wire clip one. You will need to print total of 12 or above (maybe less than 15) to get good proportion. &nbsp;Joints designed best work with 4 wall layers, and 10% to 20% infill, adding more infill will not improve the strength, will only leading part failure during assembly. &nbsp;<h2>Hard ware:</h2>This design require Lamp LED Kit 001 from Bambu Lab. I want it to have a lot of friction load in normal condition. so the outter shell shall have very small tolerance to the ball or even smaller. Ended spending a lot of time try in truth to testing out different tolerances and make design revisions.Still not perfect, but it work for this application. <h2>Palm Planter with Hidden Drip Tray</h2>This one has definitely taken me the most time to complete and is definitely my all-time favorite so far. The one in the photo is the 4 in. container size. I&#39;ve also included a print profile for 5 in containers. Hope you like it as much as I do!&nbsp;Printing - I was able to print it without support on the sides with no problem.
