Hi everyone, I have a question for you about a problem I haven’t been able to solve so far. I’m attaching the photos in chronological order so you can follow the printing steps one by one. When I have a conical shape to print, like in the first photo, with a very shallow slope angle, the software chooses the worst possible approach: it first draws the smaller inner blue rings that float in mid-air, and only afterwards it decides to fill the space in between. Unfortunately, this causes the print to fail. The most obvious solution is to enable supports, and I’ve tried other options such as “print inner walls before outer walls” or using the “Arachne” mode. Is there anyone who knows of a solution that doesn’t involve these approaches? :-)

Question about regular points. I understood that every 10 downloads Bambulab gave 15 points for the high quality model. These 10 downloads can also be composed as 8 downloads and 1 print (since 1 print = 2 downloads). I reached 30 downloads (18 downloads and 6 prints, but i didn't receive the points, while when I reached 10 and 20 downloads they give me points.
