Had a similar issue to others where the print head was knocking over the model (it was not print bed adhesion! (for me)) The issue was fixed by maintaining the printer thoroughly (cleaning and oiling motors, bearings, and rods) and enabling "Precise Z height" and "Avoid crossing wall" in quality. (not sure if one of these fixed it particularly but with both enabled I haven't had issues. I still recommend cleaning the bed with a brush, soap, and water before printing. Along with printing with a large brim with elephant foot compensation set to 0 and Brim-object gap set to 0 just to ensure no issues with bed adhesion for such a tall print if you are having issues as likely many people with issues here are dealing with a print bed adhesion issue. Otherwise great model well designed to avoid need for support!
