my ams is not working, is there any way to fix this? putting thr filament in just gives me an filament could not be loaded error, i have a p1s combo. the filament is not going through the tube's and it is not printing. plz help

If anybody is having issues putting filament in their ams, that's what I had and if you just kept trying to push it and feed it into the printer, it started working, so if you're having trouble, that's how I solved it. it
