I recently acquired a pair of Sansui SP-200 speakers form the 1960s and one had a damaged front grill. I decided (well my wife decided for me...LOL) that I might as well make use of my newest hobby. After many pics and many remeasurements with calipers, I modeled this panel so I could replace the damaged sections. To a person with a large printer, or a mind to make many panels and bond them, you could use this to make a complete front grill from scratch. I would love to see it if someone did!
