I’ve been working on a cleaner way to get an EV charging cable out of a garage. This design is a wall penetration with a hinged, closable exterior lid and clean pass-through. It’s sized for a 2x6 framed wall but should work on 2x4 walls. The model includes optional alignment jigs to help accurately locate and drill the 3.5” bore hole from both sides of the wall. I’d love feedback from anyone who installs it, especially ideas for improving the hinge, seal, or interior funnel for a future v2.0.
