My new monitor mounting screws were too short for my monitor arm while my previous screws were too long. I made a 7 mm washer to fill the gap. It has been about a year with no issues.

That worked well for a while, however, I wanted to have the ability to place smaller sections of the lights around my office. I originally leaned the lights against the wall, but my kids kept knocking them over. This stand solved this problem and allows me to move the lights wherever I want as long as the cable can reach.
