I have tried everything I can think of to upload a model and print profile, but keep getting rejected with the message that something is wrong with my printer or filament. I have the filament set to generic PLA and the printer profile set to standard factory settings. I have successfully uploaded models before. Any advice?

Does what it's supposed to do. I put a thin layer of the grease supplied by Bambu Labs on the surface and stopped PLA from sticking to it.
