About a month ago, my A1 starting making sort of a crunching sound when it would cut the filament while unloading. I was surprised because it’s had far less use than my P1S that cuts without complain. Then, last night, I had to disassemble my toolhead far enough to inspect my extrusion gear. I did take advantage of the opportunity to check my little blade. It looks like new.Turned out the gear was just fine too. I had a piece of filament broken off in the AMS four-way device. I put it all back together and everything seemed fine. This morning, everytime the machine tries to cut the filament, it moves against the peg failing to cut the filament. Then it automatically tries and tries again to no avail. I put in a new blade seeing nothing wrong with the old one. But it still won’t cut. I’m sure I did something wrong on the installation but haven’t yet found it. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I'm satisfied that the only way to print a poker chip is in the flat orientation. Obviously, merely turning it over after printing side one would have the nozzle crashing into it. How can I get my P1S to see the top surface of the chip as zero? I suppose it must involve a z offset. Any help will be appreciated.
