I have to use brim-ears on the a1 mini for the small and middle sized model.

The print in PETD didn't turn out so well. The second attempt in PLA filament was very good. I recommend using PLA.

This profile seems to have more tolerances. That's why the spring slider jumped out of its guide. I drilled a small 1.8 mm hole in the slider and the housing and glued a piece of filament into the slider. Now it works.
