Bambu Lab has introduced a new, lighter-weight 4-in-1 Adapter that replaces the previous model. This new design features a replaceable filament wiper, which enhances filament extrusion. If you intend to use a 4-in-1 Adapter within the chamber to feed filament from either the right/ left buffer and TPU inlet into either the extruder, you may require a clip to secure the adapter in place and prevent it from dislodging due to frequent acceleration and deceleration of the toolhead.

The push buttons need to have a better embossed markings. Also, the hight of H2D which could be on a table top will make the position of the button s difficult to use.

only printed the 8mm magnet pen set. It works. I learned a few things from this “print profile”, thank you!

Print profile, is perfect. I did print it in Bambu Lab Jade White PLA. It turned out very smooth and marbel like texture.
I am wondering if this model has been modified in any way as compared to a truly 3D scanned model. I own a similar scale statue of David which I had bought from the museum housing the actual full scale statue. There are differences between the printed one and molded one. The arms, and the abs muscles on the printed one are somehow different and less muscular. There are other differences in the lower part of body also.

The design is highly commendable. Could you please provide suggestions on how to enhance its tightness against the caliper jaws?

Enovative design, a better tool than ither single ptfe tube release designs.

I have two AMS 2 and one AMS HT on top of H2D (with the help of a riser). perhaps the weight of the AMS devices and H2D together, caused the rod snap at layer level where the thick cylinder joins the narrower cylinder. I had to lay the rod horizontally on the plate and increase the number of walls, to give strength to the rod to lift the H2D and all AMS devices.

Good mechanical design. I have been facing with the tip of filament catching the edge of printer side filament opening. When the filament passes through the hole, there is minimal friction, however, in occasions (even without switching the left and right) the AMS fails to push the filament through because of being stuck.
May I suggest, to make the printer side filament hole a funnel ?
Having said all above, the concept is fantastic, and I am inspired by it,
PS: I need to. correct my 4 stars to 5. As my observations were due to misprints.

I printed the chute with PLA filament. Not the fault of the design, but the hot waste coming out of the H2D outlet port, and sliding over this chute, sticks to the PLA of the model, eventually causing a "pile-up" warning. The designer suggested adding aluminum foil tape over the slide portion of the chute. The suggestion has been a very good solution.

This is an update for “Clip for Attaching 4in1 Adapter to Printhead Chain” model. If the FTPE tube from the right buffer is +/- 5mm off from the exact size, H2D right buffer pushes the adapter forward, and eventually H2D may complain "AMS feed resistance is too high…". The updated model allows for 20 mm slack in the direction of right buffer to right extruder FTPE tube, therefore eliminating the warning.

The cavity dimensions are highly accurate for Bambu Lab’s original hotends. However, some third‑party hotends designed for the H2D are slightly larger than the intended cavity. In addition, the hotend extends above the standard Griffinity 3 unit height. This does not pose an issue unless the box is intended to have another unit stacked on top, or to be stored in a drawer limited to three units in height.
