I made this filament guide extension because my side-mounted spool holder didn’t provide enough support, especially when the spool was nearly empty. The filament would pull awkwardly, make annoying noises, and even scratch the side of my printer. So I designed this simple but sleek guide to fix it – it supports the filament closer to the spool and blends nicely with the printer’s shape. It’s been working great for me, so I wanted to share it in case others have the same issue.
