printed about three of these .... came out fine and the recipients loved them

I'm struggling. A1 Mini. Replaced the hot end heater and nozzle. followed all the ways to set the Z axis . nothing works. Bambu sent instructions. nothing gets the nozzle to a working height. looking for ideas. I have over a 1000 hours of pain free printing on this mini!
