Needed to repair my pond filter broken connector without having to replace the whole pipe.

Need a split flanged nut so I designed this as a step in the process.

Had to make a split version of the nut and made this as a step in the design process.

Need a cap for the rinse outlet on my pond filter, had already designed the nut in CAD so I made one.

Use  M3 threaded inserts in the half  with 4,2 mm holes and M3 screw in the other with 3,2 mm holes to screw them together  - or use suitable self tapping screws. The thread is 3.1 mm pitch which is spot on for 1 ¾" nuts. I printed using 0,4 mm nozzle, 0,20 layer height, 6 walls, 25% infill 0,20 strength setting for my P1S in both PLA and PETG
