Inspired by the TeleVue Sol-Searcher, I designed a simple three-part solar finder for safe and accurate Sun alignment. Each piece prints flat with no supports, and the 100% friction-fit design snaps together without glue or screws. Made in PETG, it’s sturdy, reliable, and easy to reprint if needed. The tiny dot projected on the screen lines up perfectly, turning a small 3D printing project into a practical astronomy tool.
